To fix, add all of these same commands into the games launch options with a - out the front of each command, (e.g. Alternative Game Tags: bf4, battlefield 4, battlefield 4 requirements, frostbite 3 engine. Edit: If you notice the FPS counter turning off, it's because the cfg is disabling when you play the game.
